      An exciting time with lots of opportunity

      Pros

      Rokt combines a fun, fast-paced technology culture with the added benefit of financial stability and a really strong growth outlook. There is lots of opportunity to stretch on interesting projects as Rokt readies to scale to the next level. Transparency is a key part of the culture so you always have a chance to learn about what other areas of the team are working on if you're interested. Leadership sets high standards but proactively invest in the development of their team.

      Cons

      Team is split across NY and Singapore which makes for really long days a couple of times a week. The standards of the team are really high, much higher than other growth companies I've worked for, but I think that's a good thing if you want to grow and develop.

      the people are awesome. pay and stock program. transparency. development and growth. office and events.

      Cons

      doesn't work for everyone, the pace of growth can be challenging. we value in person so if you want 100% remote look elsewhere. the rapid growth means some leaders are very green.

      - The people are wonderful, smart and caring, you feel like you are part of one big family. It’s a massive reunion at our annual global kick off event - so much fun! - Work is interesting, challenging, you will never be bored. - Employee groups consisting of passionate people who really want to make a difference; Women Who Rokt, Rainbow Rokts, Green team & EDI Committee. - A real push for better equity, inclusivity and diversity across the company. - The benefits and perks are really really good, if there is a staff request/need it’s normally addressed immediately. - Really solid effort made by the executive to support us during the pandemic, it’s on-going and the company has continually listened and adjusted. - The company lives and breathes their values.

      Cons

      - It’s been repeated before I know but the timezone challenge is a crunch and it’s not avoidable yet and maybe never will be, as the two biggest offices will always sit across the world from each other. - Constant change can be challenging, be as supportive as possible.
