Pros

Stable, decent work life balance, good consumer reputation, remote/hybrid.

Cons

Change is extremely slow and difficult , lots of red tape. There is no clear path for career growth. Upper management has no succession plan. They say they’re open door but their actions do not reflect that.

Pros

They pay wages on time. Ot also pay. Food at canteen also very cheap because got subsidy.

Cons

The factory area always flood when heavy rain, not flexible working hour, higher management are Japanese so they very strict about time management and working environment are not joyful, stress only, could be very boring for some people, between department not very friendly. You basically work from sunrise till sunset. micro management
