Pros

For a small team, there is still strong support on growing and investing in individuals. Management is transparent, good consistency in culture and tone. Team is of wide age and background ranges, makes for entertaining conversation. Food club!!!!

Cons

Some long term core team members are remote, still bridging communication gap (meetings scheduling especially is tricky)

Pros

A really great management team, and I believe the best founders in this market. Transparent leadership and a team that is full of contributors. Really clear direction and the future is exciting. Some of the more materialistic perks: - Comfortable office - Top of the line hardware/software - Regular outings/happy hours - Fast access to BART and Transbay Terminal is literally across the street

Cons

No cons with the company, but FiDi can be a little quiet after work hours. Not really an issue though.
