Decent pay, at least pre pandemic. Wonderful colleagues

Cons

Interdepartmental communication is poor, to say the least. Management has no problem cutting jobs and letting employees scramble to figure it out. Dress code is around 40 years out of date and requires panty hose, no beard hair and business level attire. Employee lounge is dilapidated and has a nursing home-esque feel. Management has no problem calling people out in front of their peers to embarrass and shame them. Extremely limited PTO.

Pros ..? After Twenty Years i Can Only Look back and Think wow i Should have Applied to the UsPost Office as They make better money in Less Stress Inducing Environments . Even me a Service Manager Had to Complete Technicians Services as It became Insane how Many People we Lost

Cons

Cons ?! I can Only Name cons here at this Company . Negative work Life Balance for All our Honest Employees working in this Heat . Services are ridiculous especially getting into an Attic when outside is 104* degrees FarenHate . San Diego even in San Diego it reaches This temp.
