      Conservative company that has the potential to be great if only they embraced change.

      Pros

      Paycheck. Great training department. Knowledgeable employees .

      Cons

      Culture. Too conservative: strict dress code, no working from home, and little work-life balance. Mostly white male dominated work environment. Unfortunately, some departments have unqualified individuals leading because time on the job out ranks expertise of the subject manner.

      I can't think of even ONE! Very disappointing!

      Someone else makes your schedule 12 hour days Minimal Equipment Have to pay for company vehicle Company doesn't care about employees

      PROS: 1. It's almost impossible to get fired (also a con because lazy people like that!) 2. Stable and loyal to their employees (sometimes to a fault) 3. Most employees here are nice 4. You can create your own job if you are smart about how your efforts can contribute to the bottom line

      Cons

      CONS: Ever want to fill like you are in 1962? Join this company and you're there. They need to update their policies, their environment, their dress code and their leadership team. Zero tolerance about working from home.
