Free popcorn on Wednesdays, lots of room to improve/make a difference

Cons

Even though there is lots of room to improve, the folks that have been there for 20+ years are very resistant to change. Would rather work harder than smarter. Still very male-dominated culture. Office makes everyone sick, too (no sunlight).

Cons

Backward dress code policy. Seems to be pushing a Return to Office that no one actually wants. The loss of personnel with experience and capability right after the CEO change seemed like it was a show to investors that needlessly harmed the workforce and is causing end users to have to wait longer for resolutions.

Rollins is a very stable company that takes care of it's employee as well as it's customers. Everyone is very collaborative, friendly, and easy going. The company is growing every day and has a lot of opportunity of internal growth..

Cons

It is a conservative company that has a strict appearance standards, but I personally love dressing up.
