Able to bring the company vehicle home.

Cons

Upper management makes promises they don't keep, tell you lies, you're just a number, they constantly think you're either stealing or doing side jobs, they are overly micromanaging you, they do the minimum to provide service to the customer, they encourage you not to fix the problem but just to treat the problem to make the customer have to keep wasting more money instead of fixing it, and constantly break the law by not going by the label with chemicals.

Insurance is in house and is terrible. Claims taking up to a year to get settled. Trying to sell my stock options and haven’t received a return call for 3 1/2 months. After leaving six voicemails and two emails
