      Pros

      If you have a good manager, the work experience is enjoyable. To their credit, the company really does try to make it a good experience.

      Cons

      Mostly cold calling, and then you are visiting a potential a customer under disingenuous reasons, i.e. "Free home inspection" then your house needs an expensive "this or that" or it might fall to the ground...overnight.

      Pros

      They comply with all regulations and have a good financial backing. Is a reputable organization. They put a good effort to maintain a clean environment to work.

      Cons

      Is one of those revolving door company in regards to employees. Consideration is difficult to be found when you try to explain motives behind actions. Needs to improve team working relations among their employees.

      Hires as if permanent but it really is temp

      It was a job with good pay but not stable.

      Cons

      Call center would be full beginning in spring then empty out after fall. People would be fired for virtually any reason. Unfair hiring practices
