      Pros

      Management is amazing you couldn’t ask for better managers, the team is great everyone is always willing to help each other, the pay is good, benefits Are stellar, hours are fair and not to much learn something new and see new things daily

      Cons

      Heat of attics and the confined spaces of crawlspace safe difficult at times, being on a ladder in full sun can ware in you pretty quick

      they say there is a route. there is rarely ever a route they tell you that you do not work for free but when you do call backs for other peoples accounts you do not get paid for that call back because it is not production. hence you work for free
