Pros

Good pay and Benefits Company Vehicle Weekends Off

Cons

Regional Leadership is only revenue driven. Customer service and integrity do not exist in this world. Executives preach a culture of inclusiveness and safety but, it is like all other Fortune companies. It's a facade. HQ needs to do some undercover work and realize good employees are fleeing due to corrupt leadership

Pros

Long established brand to work for.

Cons

Hard to make money when you get free call backs to customers already receiving services for the month. They say they saw a bug, you are required to go back out there and treat again. Only this time, you don't get paid. So inagine having 140 customers you see a month, and having to do this free work all the time.
