Pros
Large company with a small pond where you can make a difference - freedom to propose out of the box solutions
Cons
Too much politics - the entire upper management team at the Home Office were former colleagues of the CIO - folks were brought in based on that alone - as well as ageism - 35 of us (Senior Managers) were let go in 2020 based on Covid reduction in work - supposedly - odd that we were all in our 50's and replaced by younger cheaper personnel
