      Pros

      Management is amazing you couldn’t ask for better managers, the team is great everyone is always willing to help each other, the pay is good, benefits Are stellar, hours are fair and not to much learn something new and see new things daily

      Cons

      Heat of attics and the confined spaces of crawlspace safe difficult at times, being on a ladder in full sun can ware in you pretty quick

As for appearance standards, Rollins believes that neat clothing and grooming standards present a professional business appearance to our customers who trust us in their homes and place of business. However, we do periodically review this policy among others and make recommended adjustments as needed.
