It is great to hear that you had a good team camaraderie and like your direct supervisors. It is unfortunate that you did not have that same feeling with upper level management. We appreciate you taking the time to give us this feedback but wished you could have let us know sooner by speaking with your managers, HR, or our anonymous hotline. We tend to be a more conservative company in the areas of tele-commute and business dress, but are progressing the areas of system enhancements and employee retirement investments. The company is making changes over time. Thank you for your service with us and good luck in the future!

Some of the software used is outdated, need to be updated.

Thanks for note! We have been investing in enhanced software, tools and mobile technology for our technicians and sales reps first since they are closest to our customers. Next, we are also are going to be designing & implementing a new HRIS system for all employees of north america. More investments to come!

Technology dept is unstable as they change technology directors every year or so. know for having workforce reductions every year.... good technologist dont stay long as middle management/directors are lost
