Pros

There are not any pros to work here. Management lies to employees to manipulate them. Promis the world and never deliver on promises. Management is paranoid and preasure you to sit at your desk all day and not even take lunch or breaks.

Cons

Paranoid micro management. If you contract for Rollins you are not treated fairly. Least this is true for the department I work in. No work from home as contractor and squeezed constantly to produce more work. They push and milk you for all they can get. Old style mentality and management. Strawboss style is more accurate. I'm currently looking for other employment. I'm out of here on the first thing smoking. If offered full-time employment I will decline.

At Rollins we do not condone the type of behavior that you have describe. Employees are give 2 paid 15 minute breaks as well as a 1 hour lunch break.

It is unsettling to hear these accusations because this is not how we conduct business and we do not tolerate this type of behavior. Rollins does however make leadership changes if managers are not living up to our values and did so in this location. At our company, we offer unlimited earnings potential. As an employee you can make as much money as you are willing to work for. Sales commissions are paid according to the pay plan that is discussed with each new employee at time of onboarding and through out the training period. It is regrettable that you do not feel compensated for your work and we hope you escalated these concerns in real time so they could be addressed timely.

Pros

Stable company Decent Coworkers There are some who are pushing for a cultural change

Cons

No career development or advancement aside from minimal yearly review compensation. A company whose leadership values people in seats, rather than the work those people are capable of doing. You better come in accepting an offer that you'll be comfortable with for a long time because inside growth tracks are pretty non-existent. The culture is extremely old and stuffy with no signs of changing in the near future.

It is unfortunate to hear that you do not feel like you have the opportunities to grow your career within Rollins. We are a company that very much so promotes from within and encourages our employees to continue their education and training. It is recommended that you to have conversations with your manager regarding your career goals and aspirations and map out together any education and/or training that will aid in your progression. Sometimes advancement can be comprised of other assignments or roles designed to either broaden or specialize your skills.
