We appreciate your comments and regret that you had this type of experience with one of our Rollins companies. One of our priorities is to better our scheduling to allow more balance for employees, which is a tall order in our type of service business, but we need to do better. Thanks you for the feedback!

Pros

They pay fairly well. Perfect for someone who has been in the field for a while and not looking to grow.

Cons

This company is very antiquated. Computer systems outdated! As well as their dress code and policies. Dress code is extremely outdated. They provide upper level executives with bonuses and month-end-close lunches but have no regard for lower level employees. They expect us to come in regardless of any state or emergencies disregarding the employees well being. Also believe the accounting department is spread too thin because a lot of the staff are bored.

Thank you for the feedback and we hope you are engaging your leadership team to raise your concerns directly. Additionally, when employees have bandwidth or interest in continuous learning, we encourage folks to take charge of their career and initiate conversations with leaders about stretch assignments and/or expanded responsbilities. Rollins and the Accounting Leadership Team does value the hard work performed during the period close cycles and does provide lunches quarterly and will look into on a monthly basis for a broader group as well. For any weather safety issues or emergencies, our employees come first - i.e. branch and building closures when appropriate. Lastly, we do recognize our company's conservative dress code policy. At the Rollins Support Center, we believe that neat clothing and grooming standards present a professional business appearance as we frequently have investors and business partners visiting. However, we do periodically review this policy among others, and make recommended adjustments as needed.

Thank you for the balanced feedback and sharing the positives as well candid details about your personal experience. The scheduling piece of our service business is an area the company is focusing on to improve for both our employees and customers. We hope you shared this with the local branch as well. Again, thanks!
