      Cons

      Title was changed 2 times after hiring. Wages and benefits were the same. Continuous change!

      Micro management is prevalent. Glass ceiling firmly in place. Lack of diversity in management across the board. Good ol boys club.

      We appreciate your feedback and take your concerns very seriously. I would like to encourage you to raise these points up through your Division HR or Region Manager. The Pest Management industry historically has not been exceptionally diverse, but the company is taking steps in this direction. Lastly, the Rollins family of brands has a very high internal promotion rate and want to invest in our bench strength to ready folks for their next role.
