Good commission structure, rewards loyalty with yearly Christmas profit sharing check; it's a daily grind that is compensated just high enough to keep employees from constantly looking for other opportunities

Cons

The monthly bonuses are rated in a funky, almost impossible to way to achieve. If ONE customer says "anything" except the service was stellar, your bonus was a joke;
