Pros

They treat their employees well The salary is great It's a relatively small company that feels more like a family

Cons

Some of the software used is outdated, need to be updated.

Thanks for note! We have been investing in enhanced software, tools and mobile technology for our technicians and sales reps first since they are closest to our customers. Next, we are also are going to be designing & implementing a new HRIS system for all employees of north america. More investments to come!

Good Balance

Pros

The people are great! They are passionate about serving others and genuinely care. The industry is stable and the company is growing. It is amazing that this family business is about to hit 50 consecutive years on the NYSE. There also is a strong investment in training and soon some updated systems. At Rollins, I've been afforded the support and a balance that I haven't experienced before. I'm glad I took the job here!

Cons

The company is a bit traditional from an appearance/dress code policy, which really only is tough in the summer months. It's all perspective.

Regular paycheck that's all I am afraid

Cons

Everything. Total disregard for employees. Punitive working hours no family time at all.

We appreciate your comments and regret that you had this type of experience with one of our Rollins companies. One of our priorities is to better our scheduling to allow more balance for employees, which is a tall order in our type of service business, but we need to do better. Thanks you for the feedback!
