They have recently renovated their offices while still maintaining hybrid schedules. Furthermore, they have increased the number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and are striving to offer more competitive salaries to attract new talent with innovative ideas.

Cons

Bonuses are not offered at the management level, and some departments operate with a lean structure and very high expectations. Some leaders find it challenging to facilitate open communication.
