Salary, Vacation, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental, guidelines for employees to follow and fantastic managers!!!

Cons

They don't pick us up and bring us to work every day. (I'm just kidding). There are no Cons to working here, if you want a good life you should expect to work for it. Rollins pays employees so that they can afford a decent life, this is why my loyalty is so strong for this company and this is why you have people retiring after 40 to 45 years on the job, they love it.
