      Strong work ethic and desire to deliver quality.

      Cons

      Many (not all) of the tenured workforce in this organization hinders it's growth. A strategy to make improvements in this area is needed.

      Pros

      I had the pleasure of working at Rollins, Inc. this year, and it was a great company. If i did not have to relocate, I would have definitely chosen to stay with Rollins. The best thing about working for this company, were the people. The employees and management here are one of a kind.

      Pros

      The people you work with are good people. A lot of pressure to put up numbers not quality. Training is ok

      Cons

      The health coverage it very poor. Its privately funded unless you are a Division President or above. Then you get better coverage. The company baits you to take a HSA account by contributing $200 to the account, but you can't use that money until you have stockpiled your own money in the account. The employee contributions are very high for family deductibles of $3000 plus. The insurance has changed 3 times in 4 years. This is a major detriment to the people who produce the money for this company to be treated.
