Decent Pay Plenty of Autonomy Excellent Training Provide Company vehicles for many You can make a career here, but make sure you follow the rules and praise management constantly

Cons

Upper Management can't get out of their own way. Tenure means little Favors residential over commercial Orkin has been around for a long time and they have some great resources. they are horrible at disseminating that information to the field on the commercial side. commission structure sucks on commercial side.
