Pros

Great graduate scheme opportunities. Many friendly people and nice benefits. However key element is the graduate scheme is what you make of it. Don't ask, don't get. You need to dig and search for exciting opportunities, or decisions will be made for you.

Cons

Lots of management rose through seniority rather than capability, so not every manager is very good.
