Rolls Royce has one of the best cultures in the industry. The strive to improve their people and grow the organization by harboring high culture standards. Their respect for their employee is high. The opportunity for grow is huge.

Cons

Some technologies is way behind times. Looking into it from the outside you maybe hesitate because you’d expect to come into a world class group using world class tech. It’s not the case for some.
