      Pros

      Great working environment and benefits. Employee empowerment and feedback with constant communications within the department. Excellent cross functional team work.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic and heavy on process control. Process in most cases must be followed to gain a check in the box more than logic and need to do so.

      Where else do you as an intern have the opportunity to walk around the factory, meet with executives, and make meaningful contributions to projects that are on the leading edge of technology in their field.

      Cons

      Some managers do not provide enough direction and work at the start, however this ends up being a good thing as it causes you to grow your confidence and seek your own tasks and to do the work that you feel is necessary.

      Cons

      If you aspire to be a senior manager, you're almost required to give up your family and relationships. If you're ask to move to the other side of the world to take a position they've chosen for your "development", you can't hesitate or you'll be black listed for your entire career. It's VERY political.
