      Toxic culture, stressful and finger pointing

      Pros

      Only pro was the Name recognition, but the company has faced sever headwinds and rested on it's laurels.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Employees where constantly blamed for shortcomings, nepotism of hiring unqualified family members with no background/experience in field and constant cuts and restructuring. Constant target on backs from upper management trying to find any and every small trivial incident to penalize employees. Working 60+hr weeks and never received any acknowledgment.

      Good work life balance nice people and good work/balance.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up after you get into the company. Very difficult to move into new roles within the company. Pigeonholed in your position.
