Great place to start a career selling cars

Romain is a great place to work. The company was found by Ron Romains father. They started out very very small. Since then Ron Romain has expanded his father's busjness and not only has 2 car lots but he has founded what is called United Companies. Which consisystem of 3 companies. They are Professional Transportation Incorporated (Transports railroad workers fron one location to another.) United Leasing(Financial Industry) Romain Buick Inc(Car Dealerships) They offer a wonderful environment great benefits competitive pay and plenty of room to advanced within the company
Cons
Well my only complaint would be the fact that they have a large amount of sales consultants and honestly not enough sales to go around. I have spoken to other dealership who have maybe 1/3 the amount of sales people and the same amount of sales.
