      A rapidly growing company with plenty of opportunities to gain experience in different areas of the business and industry. Supportive and communicative senior leadership team. Executive leadership is openly collaborative on new ideas and strategic initiatives.

      Pay lacks competitiveness. A rapidly growing SMB, so employees may need to wear many hats and take on additional responsibilities.

      Pros

      I joined Romet a year ago and I am happy about my decision to join the team. This is a fast growing company with a clear vision about their future and plans to achieve them. There is a lot of room for growth, if you have patience to adapt, learn and grow.

      Cons

      Growing pains are always there, when a company is evolving and growing. There are some upgrades required when the team is growing, which are identified by the management and plans to overcome them.
