      Pros

      The benefits are great, the pay is good in my area compared to other retail jobs. Good for making connections, and lots of opportunity to move up within the company.

      Cons

      Working in the stores is very physical, and during the busy season, you can burn out quickly. Your experience will vary greatly depending on your store and district.

      Generous pay if you’re a go getter Open and close times are nice Playing with colors is so fun Genuine connections with customers Learn valuable costumer services skills 401k matching

      Short staffed stores Little to no breaks for full shifts Expected to stay hours after close when not scheduled for those times Management is hit or miss Line out of door the second we open until closed due to short staffing Ac outages during 100 degree weather causing employees and customers so suffer Asked to hold pee and ring up customers. Asked to clean fecal matter off men’s restroom floor (is a woman)
