great culture - very collegiate, supportive, very positive culture. Friendly and senior leadership is very approachable, all the way to Head Office. They take employee welfare serious. Excellent at promoting internal moves if you know the right people.

Cons

Need to do better with internal opportunities for everyone, but do better than a lot of other companies.
