Culture is second to none. They are always contributing to the community and doing everything they can to help those in need. Owners care about every individual, both employees and community members. Pay and benefits are top of the class.

Cons

There haven’t been any cons. As long as you like to have fun and don’t mind being rewarded and/or coached at the same time . This is a company to work for.

Pros

Promoting development and recognizing great performance are cornerstones of the company's values. Upper management is constantly looking for opportunities for their team to learn and grow, but never at the expense of recognizing the things you're already great at. This company also financially rewards great performance, with frequent opportunities for raises. The leadership team treats you like a whole person, not just an employee. Whatever is important to you- the management at Rooted pays attention to what you care about, and provides support and encouragement. This often means that they promote work/life balance in a way that is uncommon in this industry. Even though all of the restaurants stand on their own, the Rooted family is always available to lend help where needed. The company is a very inclusive community.

Cons

Everyone at Rooted is passionate about what they do, and the expectation is that you will be too. Someone entering the field casually might find the culture that promotes ownership, consistent growth, and career excitement to be overwhelming.
