-They help you to the end, extreme support so you can success -Good Salary -Hybrid / remote -They try hard yo pay you courses that you demand

Cons

-If you go to an event to enhance your skills (something related to your work) you have to replace that time on weekends. -Can be difficult to anticipate vacations
