remote work only, nothing else

Cons

bad practices, bad management, the developer is thrown to his luck with the client, very little professionalism, if they no longer need you they ghost you, Please avoid them

It's a really disorganized company

Pros

They have highly trained and intelligent teams apart from experts in their areas

Cons

They are extremely disorganized, their work methodology is micromanagement, and for small things they hold hourly meetings. The structure of the company is not clear as well as its processes. Most of the work is done alone and nobody helps you because they are always busy. the company does not have structured areas such as resources or human or accounting or even management to ask for help
