Pros
I've witness and thankfully being part of this great team that is constantly looking out for you, has fun monthly activities, and is giving you opportunities to learn and grow, both within the company and professionally. I know that we are apart since we all work remotely, however I always feel empowered, supported and cared for.
Cons
Since it is on a contractor/freelance contract we don't have the country's law benefits.
