-If you go to an event to enhance your skills (something related to your work) you have to replace that time on weekends. -Can be difficult to anticipate vacations

Excellent work environment, in the office we have all the necessary comforts and equipment to fulfill the work as well as a flow of new knowledge. They offer all the necessary benefits for the worker and his family, certifications and courses on new technologies available to all and a competitive salary. They've been flexible when I've asked for.
