Good job to start off with but don’t stay more than 2 years

Flexible work from home, nice office location, double time after a certain amount of hours worked, their parties when it was pre covid were fun

Cons

Managers do not listen to requests and avoid confrontation, some teams can be difficult and the workload is unpredictable, many people don’t respect vacation and will still try and contact you so you have to reassert your boundaries a lot

People: The people are smart, nice, lots of introverts; appreciation is shown to all staff--lawyers as well as business support. Respectful atmosphere. Standards: The firm has high standards for professionalism; runs like a well-oiled machine; and maintains a progressive approach to initiatives like DEI Benefits: Good healthcare (not necessarily cheap, but definitely reasonable); great time off offerings; remote work options (especially around the holidays); great compensation; great work-life balance, at least for business support staff (no joke!) Valued staff: The firm puts a lot of effort into showing appreciation for staff

Cons

Can be a little more on the "boring" side for business support staff--but if you like boring and avoiding drama, this is your place! Bonus targets could be a bit more generous for business support staff
