The people are very respectful and kind to each other.

Cons

Senior management doesn't allow for any innovation, people aren't able to express themselves without fear, and the environment becomes stifling rather quickly from the fear people have over their jobs.

Pros

Great people to work with, excellent compensation, very friendly and helpful colleagues. Lots of gossip in my department but everyone watches out for each other when push comes to shove.

Cons

Horrible manager who had been continually promoted seemingly because they always deferred responsibility for mistakes to their subordinates. Would have quarterly meetings with them in which they told me everything was going well and there were no complaints about my performance, and then call me in a few weeks later to tell me I really needed to improve my performance.
