      Pros

      Top-ranked law firm in Boston's Back Bay. Also, if you're not going to law school just know that you can double your salary and cut your hours in half if you went to work literally anywhere else. I left after 6 months and it was the firm's biggest pro.

      Cons

      Apart from standard Big Law stuff (i.e. hours), management is truly awful. They play favorites, micromanage, are rude and disrespectful, and partake in the petty drama among paralegals.

      Good compensation Decent benefits IT support is great

      Cons

      As a first year associate, I was bullied by a partner. This partner was supposed to serve as a mentor but would call first-years one after the other and berate them. Was unable to ever take an hour of "personal time"....even on the weekends and evenings. Would have to find "coverage" to even take a shower. There is "formal training" sessions but nothing is helpful for the actual work you would be doing. Upper associates do not allow you to ask questions so you're stuck not knowing what is going on ever.

      Everything. The firm is corrupt from the inside and needs a full overhaul.
