Pros

Pay is very good and hours can be reasonable in some departments. Formal training is good and office is impressive with nice catering.

Cons

There are a lot of people at this firm with very low social skills, and, er, a wide range of intelligence. It does not meet even minimum standards for hiring, reviews, workplace etiquette etc. To grow in London, they hired a lot of partners and associates who didn't last in their previous firms and it really shows.

Pros

Great Culture, Growing Organization. Lawyers are wonderful to work with. Lawyers want to succeed and move the firm forward.

Cons

Staff Side Sr. Management is Poor. A lot of politics/ infighting and people who do not know how to lead nor manage their teams. very few opportunities to advance in the organization.

Pros

The staff. R& G has some good people. And it has an on-site cafeteria, which is always convenient.

Cons

It's a 'law firm', not a 'people firm', so the staff doesn't matter as much as the attorneys.
