      Ok but could be a lot better!

      Pros

      The PTO and pension plans are good. Overall the people ate nice.

      Cons

      Bonus scale is unfair and not in line with one's actual work performance. Not considerate at all of staff during inclement weather. Managers fail to address low performing staff, and use employees for all they can. Some of the associates and a few partners can be rude to staff.

      Pros

      Work that is done is very often used to make important decisions. Not much goes to sit on a shelf. Management cares about your career development.

      Cons

      The firm is still very much divided between support staff and attorneys. It can be difficult at times, but that is the nature of working at a law firm. It has a very traditional layout that doesn't foster collaboration across support teams or attorneys.

      Pros

      Best benefits and perks, health care, tuition reimbursement. Well defined path for professional development and learning for all levels of support staff.

      Cons

      Sometimes pulled in too many directions with minimal outlets to hand off overflow work but this is the nature of the beast. Some policies while good for client security micromanage and limit staff ability to get tasks done more efficiently.
