Business Outlook
Pros
Generally nice culture, people are friendly to each other. There is still a sense of "family" within the company. As with most other organizations, there are some pockets of politics but it can be managed. The company is trying to grow and has great potential to grow, it does however have their challenges.
Cons
Management team has a mix of good leaders and deadwood. As a result, while the company has great intentions, implementation will remain a challenge. Compensation and bonuses outside of France are not competitive. The company will potentially lose their best people to other companies easily because of a combination of compensation and slow response.
