Nothing pros. Come and work on your own and help yourself not much support is there.

Cons

Very cost cutting minded. Next to zero benifits provided. Not proper IT support as well.

I have been at Rose for over 13 years, and have enjoyed it the whole time. I work with great people, and love that no one micromanages you.

Cons

It would be nice to get a little more money, but I guess that is with most jobs.
