It's a great place to start a entry level career. Professional training got me into this career. I love working in customer service.

Cons

There is not much room for growth here. The company would not promote me no matter how hard I worked

It is a great and flexible agency.

There is no reimbursement for your car millage while traveling to client's site

Pros

Flexibility and a great boss were the only two things I can say about this company.

Cons

No teamwork, constant backstabbing, no management support or visibility, no leadership,. training was non existent 6 years ago. Moral is worse than anywhere I've ever worked. Stress was unbelievable. Commissions were slashed and no increase in base pay the entire time I worked there which resulted in trying to manage on minimum wages while the company was making millions of dollars.
