This office operates like they are back in high school. Backstabbing and favoritism is the key to survival there.

Pros

They really work hard to get you a position. They also tell you the truth about your assignment so you are not blindsided.

Cons

seems to be difficult to get a new assignment once the previous one is ended. Also not giving adequate notice when job extension is being termed. They keep you guessing if you will have a job or not. Temp to perm hire positions are not a given automaticif you perform well. Still have to go through all the regular steps to obtain job(interview) just like anyone else even though you have been doing the job for some time.

High pay with little work with a diverse team

Cons

Terrible management, All let go on one phone call, no communication from higher ups, and very little room for time off. No they will never convert you to a FTE at any of the companies you contract at but they sure will lie about it.
