This makes your job as the employee very hard and their ideals unachievable at best. Once you are tenure and eligible to move from the 10:30 am shift to the 8 am shift they will look for any reason to let you go. They will also let you go without hr on the meeting. If you ask for clarification as to why you were removed from the project you will be told the client didn’t say. You’ll also be expected to accept that response.

The salary is lower than expected
