Strong support from leadership and a collaborative team environment. Clear expectations and metrics, but with enough autonomy to manage your own workflow.

Cons

High-volume targets can be challenging during peak seasons. Insurance costs are a challenge.

Pros

Several representatives trying to utilize the candidate's details in their pipeline - that's good.

Cons

My experience with Rose International has been disappointing on two separate occasions, a year apart, and unfortunately reflects a consistent lack of professionalism in their approach to candidates. Last year, I was in process for a position they were recruiting for. Despite progressing through the early stages, communication abruptly stopped with no follow-up or closure, despite my attempts to reach out. More recently, I was contacted again for the same role. Initially, I appreciated the recruiter coordinator’s structured and polite communication, which made me hopeful that this time the experience would be different. However, a scheduled call with the lead recruiter was missed without any explanation or follow-up. In both cases, agreed times were not respected, and basic professional courtesy (like providing updates or responding to follow-ups) was lacking. Based on these repeated experiences, I do not recommend engaging with Rose International as a candidate. Consistency, respect for time, and transparent communication are fundamental in any recruitment process, and sadly, these were not demonstrated.
