Respect for Rose as they took me as a fresher, believed in me and made me something i never expected. I wish Rose more and more success for its future.

Cons

Senior folks do not get promoted even after good performance and that results in they get bored of doing that same thing for many years. One cannot always read a same book. Universal truth!
