I liked the fact that they had several people that would take care of all the additional administrative work; making it that I was not required to stay longer than the 40 hours in a week that I had been scheduled.

Cons

Rose International did not have a set method of training a new Training Manager; They tended to expect without informing the Trainee of the expectations, for trainees to just know what the job was and to be able to learn it on their own and not have to do any additional supporting of the New Member of the Team.
