      Decent First Job

      Pros

      It was a decent first job. I learned about recruiting and communicating effectively. The people were friendly. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a position out of college because they gave me a shot when I had no experience.

      Cons

      Pay was really low. There was a lack of training, specifically for new recruiters. Management was clueless in the 21st Century when it came to developing employees and learning new technology. Not much opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      I haven't worked with a staffing company in a long time. When a recruiter reached to me from Rose, I was hesitant. The job opportunity was one I was very interested in so I decided to give it a try. My recruiter has always kept me in the loop from start to finish. He was very easy to reach via email and phone. Always quick to respond when I had a question and easy to work with. I am hoping for a permanent placement with the company I'm with so fingers crossed! I'm confident good things are to come!

      So far, nothing and I hope it stays that way!
