      Pros

      Room to grow and the people with Rose International are caring not only about their internal employees but also their clients and candidates. This is a very rewarding job and this company in a whole truly cares.

      Cons

      I really don't know of any cons about working here.

      Pros

      They really work hard to get you a position. They also tell you the truth about your assignment so you are not blindsided.

      Cons

      seems to be difficult to get a new assignment once the previous one is ended. Also not giving adequate notice when job extension is being termed. They keep you guessing if you will have a job or not. Temp to perm hire positions are not a given automaticif you perform well. Still have to go through all the regular steps to obtain job(interview) just like anyone else even though you have been doing the job for some time.
